How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?
Orders may ship out the same business day or within 1-2 business days, depending on the brand. In rare cases, there may be unforeseen delays. On average, delivery takes 4-7 days. If the estimated delivery time is longer than usual, it will be noted on the product page.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel any order for a 100% refund before it has shipped out. Simply notify us immediately at support@homecrucial.com if you wish to cancel your order. Once the order has shipped, it is subject to our 30-Day Return Policy.
What if my product is damaged?
Please inspect the packaging of your items upon arrival. If you notice any damage, even to the box, be sure to note it when signing for delivery. If you suspect damage but cannot open the package during delivery, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.
If your item(s) arrive damaged, send photos to support@homecrucial.com, and we will process a replacement or compensation.
How do I place an order?
To place an order online, simply click “Add to Cart” on the product of your choice and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and billing details, then complete your purchase.

How do I know when my order will ship?
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your credit card authorization and shipping/billing details. Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive another email with shipping confirmation and a tracking number.
If an item goes out of stock, we’ll notify you via email or phone within one business day. We take great care to keep our website’s product listings accurate, but high demand can sometimes lead to stock shortages.
Will you send an order confirmation via email?
Yes, you’ll receive an order confirmation email for every order you place. Be sure to print and save the confirmation for your records. To ensure you receive it, please enter your email address correctly during checkout.
Can I change my order?
Yes, you can make changes to your order at no extra cost. Simply email us at support@homecrucial.com to request the change. Any price difference will be credited to your card, or we’ll send you a custom invoice for the difference. Orders can only be modified before they are shipped.
