Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Time Frame:
You can return items within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we won’t be able to accept your return.

2. Shipping Costs:

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, we'll cover the shipping costs for the return.
  • If you’re returning the item because you changed your mind, you'll be responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Defective or Broken Products:
If your item is broken or not working properly, please let us know within 30 days. We’ll assist you with the return and cover the shipping costs. Once we receive the item and confirm the issue, we will either send you a replacement or refund your money, including any shipping costs you paid.

4. Change of Mind Returns:
If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return it within 30 days, provided the item is unused and still in its original packaging. You’ll need to cover return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the cost of the product, minus any shipping charges.

5. Refund Process:
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our return criteria, we will notify you via email. If eligible, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. If 10 business days have passed since our confirmation email and you still don’t see the refund, please contact us at support@homecrucial.com.

6. Restocking Fee:
There may be a restocking fee depending on the nature of the return.
