What if my product is damaged?

When your item(s) arrive, please inspect the packaging carefully. If you notice any damage to the box or product, make sure to note it when signing for delivery. If you cannot open the package during delivery but suspect there may be damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.

If your item(s) are damaged, send us photos at support@homecrucial.com, and we will process a replacement or refund usually within 1 business day.
