Lead Times
Dundalk Leisurecraft saunas are luxurious saunas handcrafted in Canada with sustainably sourced Canadian lumber. Due to this, these saunas are made to order, which means there isn't any inventory. Current lead time is 6-8 weeks to ship.
3-Year Warranty
The Canadian Timber Collection by Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use for a period of three (3) years, as applicable, from the date of receipt of the product. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and/or natural weather conditions. This warranty does not cover regular required maintenance. Refer to your assembly manual for maintenance guidelines. This warranty does not cover misuse or negligence and the manufacturer and associated retailers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the product. This warranty is a parts-only warranty and any service or labor costs would not be considered as part of the 3-year warranty.

Free Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 5–7 business days.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Expedited orders placed before 12pm EST ship the same business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment at any time through our website or the carrier's portal.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Return Policy
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team at sales@homecrucial.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
